Zinus sells mattresses, frames, toppers and furniture direct, with a US storefront and imported stock. One of the Chinese-founded home brands that built a real US operation rather than a dropship page.

Returns

Mattresses: one hundred nights from delivery. Not satisfied, contact them, they collect it. It has to stay in good condition and you need proof of purchase.

Toppers, bed frames, adjustable bases, living and outdoor furniture: thirty days from delivery.

Why the split is right

A mattress is something your body adapts to. Thirty days is not enough to know — the common failure is that the window expires before your back has settled, or before you have worked out that the problem is the mattress and not the pillow. A hundred nights is long enough to answer it.

Furniture you can judge on sight. Thirty days for a bed frame is generous.

The condition requirement is the catch. The policy says no drool, no stains, no mysterious smells, and it means it. If you plan to use the trial, buy a mattress protector in the same order. That is not optional advice.

What is not covered

The trial is tied to the US store. Buy outside the US and these terms do not apply. And if you are buying frame and mattress together, note that the two windows are on different clocks — thirty days on one, a hundred on the other.

How it compares

SweetNight also offers a hundred nights, and the difference between the two is the thing to understand before picking. SweetNight requires you to keep an opened mattress for at least thirty nights before it will accept a return. Zinus, on the published policy, does not impose that minimum.

So both advertise a hundred nights; only one lets you give up in week two. If you are the kind of sleeper who knows within a few nights that a mattress is wrong, that gap matters.

Who it is for

US buyers who want a real trial on the one product where a trial matters. Buy the protector on day one, and do not assume the mattress terms stretch to the furniture.
