QIDI Tech makes 3D printers, filament and accessories, and sells direct. Competes with Sovol, Kingroon and the bigger brands mostly on specification per dollar.

Returns

Thirty days from receipt on the printers, "without any reasons" in the policy's own phrasing — broader than most.

Item must be as received: unused, tags, original packaging, proof of purchase.

Then the clause that decides what a return actually costs. If the return is caused by logistics damage, a product problem, the wrong item, or any seller's fault, QIDI pays the shipping. Otherwise the buyer does.

Why that split matters

A desktop printer is a large, heavy, fragile parcel. Within thirty days, a buyer who receives a unit that will not calibrate is looking at return freight that can be a serious fraction of the purchase price. Assigning that to the seller when the seller is at fault is not generosity — it is the right allocation — but it is rare in this segment.

"For any reason" is also worth noting. Many printer sellers restrict returns to defects. This one gives the same thirty days to a buyer who simply picked the wrong machine, who then pays the freight. That is fair.

Processing is one to three working days, with email confirmation on payment. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled; the policy says refusal at delivery is the route if you change your mind after dispatch. Returns must be requested before anything is sent back.

How it compares

Three printer stores here, three different policies on freight. Sovol gives fourteen days and supplies a label whatever the reason. QIDI gives thirty and pays freight only when the fault is theirs. Kingroon sells filament and is built around 12–48 hour dispatch instead.

Thirty days is the longest window of the three, and it is the one that matters if a machine needs diagnosing rather than just looked at. A printer that fails on the third print is a warranty question, and a fortnight can expire before you have finished testing.

Who it is for

Buyers who will keep the original packaging and request the return before posting. Not for anyone who needs to cancel after dispatch, and not for anyone who needs phone support during setup — the loop here is email.
