PETLIBRO sells feeders, fountains and the Luma self-cleaning litter box from Shenzhen. It competes with PETKIT and Neakasa, and the product photos are hard to tell apart. The terms are not.
Shipping
The policy names its warehouses: Tracy, California; Bolingbrook, Illinois; Southaven, Mississippi; Allentown, Pennsylvania. Almost nobody in this category does that.
That matters because it is the difference between a parcel that arrives in a week and one that clears customs. It also means a defective unit has a domestic address to go back to.
Contiguous US and Canada. Not Alaska, Hawaii or the territories. Separate storefronts for the UK, Germany, France, Australia and Japan rather than one site pretending to serve the world.
Five to eight business days in the US, plus about three days at peak. Shipping is $5.99 under $34.99, $9.99 between $35 and $98.99, free over $99. Canada costs more and the free threshold is $100.
Returns
Thirty days from purchase. The Luma litter box gets ninety.
The buyer pays return shipping and it comes off the refund. That is normal, but at least it says so instead of burying it. Faulty items inside warranty go to replacement or refund, which is the right split — a defect should not cost you freight.
Third-party purchases are excluded and must go through the retailer. Fair enough, and clearly stated.
Why ninety days matters
A 30-day window on a litter box is close to useless. A cat's acceptance of a new box is not a thirty-day question, and the object is expensive to send back. Ninety days is long enough to find out, and long enough that a refusal does not cost you the purchase.
That is the single most useful term on this store, and it is the one thing PETKIT does not offer.
The weakness is elsewhere. Five to eight days is slower than a domestic retailer, and the shipping tiers punish small orders — a $30 fountain pays $9.99 to get to you, a third of its price.
Who it is for
Anyone in the contiguous US buying a litter box, where the 90-day window is the term that actually protects you. Canadian buyers pay more in freight for the same goods, and a single small accessory is not worth the postage.
If you are buying the box, this is the one whose terms cover the thing you are worried about.
