BLUETTI makes portable power stations, home energy storage and balcony solar systems. Operated by Shenzhen PowerOak Newener. One of the larger names in the category and the one with the starkest returns policy here.

What the policy says

Two sentences carry all of it.

"Orders are non-cancelable and non-returnable once accepted by BLUETTI, except as required by applicable law or under BLUETTI's warranty policy for valid warranty claims submitted by end users for defective products."

That is not a short return window. That is no return right for a change of mind. If the unit works and you no longer want it, the policy does not give you a route back.

The warranty, by contrast, is generous: limited cover ranging from one to ten years depending on the product. Defective units are repaired or replaced, and the company covers the cost.

Support runs through the BLUETTI app or by phone.

What that means before you buy

A power station is a heavy, expensive object. A 2 kWh unit is not something you post back easily, and the return freight would be significant even if the policy allowed it. BLUETTI has effectively decided that the cost of accepting change-of-mind returns on heavy freight is not a cost it will carry.

The practical consequence is that the decision happens before checkout, not after. Work out the capacity you need with margin. A unit that is too small for your use case is now a permanent problem, not an inconvenience with a 30-day exit.

Buy through a retailer instead if the change-of-mind option matters. Retail channels carry their own return policies, and the policy here only governs purchases made directly.

How it compares

Every other store here gives some form of change-of-mind window — seven days at the shortest, a hundred on some mattresses. BLUETTI is the only one that removes it entirely.

Set against that, the warranty is longer than most: up to ten years on some products, where Anker and Keychron publish twelve months.

Who it is for

Buyers who know exactly what capacity they need and who are buying for a long hold. Not for anyone unsure about sizing, and not for anyone who wants the option to send it back. If that option matters, buy the same class of product from a retailer with a returns policy.
