Health & Wellness

Massage guns, scales, monitors, mobility aids, and fitness equipment. This category includes medical-adjacent devices, so the distinction between a wellness gadget and a regulated medical device determines what can legally be claimed and sold to you.

Wellness devices and where the line is

Regulated vs unregulated claims. Anything claiming to diagnose, treat, or prevent disease is a medical device and needs market authorisation. Brands that claim only wellness outcomes (relaxation, comfort, tracking) are operating legally — but read the claims carefully, because the line is where the truth usually sits.

Accuracy claims need independent testing. For blood pressure monitors and scales, look for published validation rather than an accuracy percentage in marketing copy.

Battery and body-contact safety. Devices worn against skin for long periods need biocompatibility consideration. Sports watches and trackers: check materials for nickel release if you have a sensitivity.

No supplements from this site. We deliberately do not list ingestible products — cross-border supplement rules vary too widely and the risk to the buyer is too high.

Fitness equipment shipping cost. For anything over about 20kg, shipping usually exceeds the product cost. Check whether the brand has regional stock before committing.
